Case Study: Strength & Conditioning Education Web Project
Strength and Conditioning are a UK based training provider that take the principles of coaching & training to develop highly effective training processes for individuals or groups.
Strength and Conditioning Education needed an updated look and feel, a new site structure and improved messaging hierarchy which all needed addressing. The site was also suffering from speed issues which was hampering general usability, conversion rate and importantly Google listings. Finally, an e-commerce proposition needed launching as well as an improved LMS and student user journey.
To help them achieve their goals. we started by studying Google Analytics which gave us site entry points, user journeys and exit points which helped propose a new site structure and content hierarchy which mapped to the company product offering highlighting primary and secondary products and call to actions.
This was then applied to a new design which adhered to a recent brand refresh, bringing to the forefront course benefits and pathways. All of this was then built into our bespoke framework giving great flexibility whilst easy to add and maintain content, speeding up page load speed at the same time.
We launched a new e-commerce solution for the brand as part of the new website launch which was a new revenue stream to the business that opened up hundreds of hours of training and resources not sold online before. Integrating product purchase with fulfilment and delivery of training through several online platforms.
Finally, the student portal was redeveloped using the same look and feel as the new website to maintain consistency, as well as improve loading speed. We also looked at the student user journey and the study process, improving this by streamlining the process and removing irrelevant links and content to ensure the student focuses on what’s important, adding additional/relevant resources and help where needed.
